We will not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Cookies & Tracking Technologies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to operate correctly and to understand how visitors use the site.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling certain cookies may affect site functionality. Most browsers also support "Do Not Track" signals; we honor these where technically feasible.
Third-Party Services
We integrate with the following third-party providers. Each operates under its own privacy policy and is responsible for data collected through its platform.
Meta / Facebook Pixel
We use the Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram, and to show relevant ads to visitors. The Pixel may collect your IP address, browser information, and page interaction data and send it to Meta. You can opt out of interest-based advertising at facebook.com/privacy or via the Digital Advertising Alliance.
Stripe (Payments)
All payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. When you provide payment details, they are transmitted directly to Stripe using TLS encryption and are never stored on our servers. Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. Please review Stripe's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle your payment data.
Google OAuth (Authentication)
We offer "Sign in with Google" as a login option. When you use this feature, Google shares your name, email address, and profile photo with us to create or log in to your account. We do not receive your Google password. See Google's Privacy Policy for more information.
We may also use email delivery providers (for transactional and marketing emails) and cloud hosting infrastructure. These providers act as data processors on our behalf and are contractually bound to protect your information and use it only as directed by us.
Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law.
- Active accounts: Data is retained for the duration of your account and service relationship.
- Closed accounts: Account data is deleted or anonymized within 90 days of account closure, except where retention is required for legal, regulatory, or fraud-prevention purposes.
- Contact form submissions: Retained for up to 2 years for follow-up and service purposes.
- Billing records: Retained for 7 years to comply with Canadian tax and accounting requirements.
- Server logs and analytics: Retained for up to 12 months, then aggregated or deleted.
When personal information is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymize it so that it can no longer be associated with an individual.
Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction, including:
- TLS/HTTPS encryption for all data transmitted to and from our website
- Encrypted storage for sensitive data at rest
- Access controls limiting employee access to personal data on a need-to-know basis
- Regular review of our security practices and infrastructure
- Use of PCI-DSS certified third parties (Stripe) for payment handling
While we take these measures seriously, no system is completely secure. In the event of a privacy breach that poses a real risk of significant harm, we will notify affected individuals and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada as required under PIPEDA.
