• Improving our website and services — analyzing how visitors use the site to identify areas for enhancement
• Advertising — measuring the effectiveness of ad campaigns via the Meta Pixel (see Section 5)
• Legal compliance — meeting our obligations under applicable Canadian law
• Fraud prevention and security — detecting and investigating suspicious activity

• Billing records: Retained for 7 years to comply with Canadian tax and accounting requirements.
• Server logs and analytics: Retained for up to 12 months, then aggregated or deleted.

When personal information is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymize it so that it can no longer be associated with an individual.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction, including:
